Old-Fashioned Cocktail Recipe

Old-fashionedPerhaps one of the oldest styles of cocktail, an old-fashioned can actually be the name of this drink or a style by which a cocktail is made.

Ever had a cocktail for breakfast? The old-fashioned was the drink of choice to help get one’s day started off right by combining some water, sugar, and a hearty serving of liquor. Not everyone can handle a breakfast of champions like this, but the name of the drink still stands as the original American cocktail.
